The Bachelor's to Master's Program enables you to take up to four graduate courses as you finish your bachelor’s degree and have those courses count toward both degrees.
Save Time & Money: You will pay undergraduate tuition for these graduate courses, which can save you nearly $10,000 in tuition and fees and a year of coursework. When you graduate with your bachelor’s degree, you
can already be a third of the way through your master’s program.
ELIGIBLE PROGRAMS
Bachelor's to Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Open to students in the following programs: BS in Accounting, BS in Business Administration, BS in Criminal Justice, BS in Human Resource Management, BS in Human Services Leadership, BS in Information Technology, BA in Liberal Studies, BS in Organizational
Leadership and Management, BS in Paralegal Studies and BS in Technology Management.
Students in the BS in Business Administration and BS in Accounting programs take the following graduate courses as an undergraduate student:
- OLM-501: Foundations of Contemporary Leadership Theory & Practice
- OLM-521: Ethical Decision Making
- BUS-610: Principles of Managerial Accounting & Financial Analysis (6-credit course)
Students in all other eligible bachelor programs at Peirce take the following graduate courses as an undergraduate student:
- BUS-500: Fundamentals of Business Administration (6-credit course)
- OLM-501: Foundations of Contemporary Leadership Theory & Practice
- OLM-521: Ethical Decision Making
Bachelor's to MS in Organizational Leadership & Management

ADMISSION & PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS
Acceptance into the Bachelor's to Master's program is dependent on a cumulative GPA of 2.75 or above at the time of entry into the program. Students who finish their bachelor’s degree with a GPA of 2.75 or above may proceed directly into their
master’s degree program without completing the additional application process.
NOTE: Your ability to earn 12 graduate credits through the Bachelor’s to Master’s program depends on the courses you have already completed and whether you can fit 12 graduate credits into your Bachelor's program.
