The Operations Management concentration offered under the MS in Organizational Leadership and Management prepares students with the foundational skills to help businesses maximize efficiency and productivity and link people, performance and business processes. The program focuses on supply chain management, logistics and data analytics and is designed for students interested in advancing to operations management leadership roles in a variety of organizations.
