The Bachelor of Science in Human Services Leadership prepares graduates for leadership roles at human service agencies and graduate-level study, and enables students to apply transfer credits earned at other institutions and credits awarded for professional
and military training and other prior learning. The program aligns with the Council for Standards in Human Services Education (CSHSE) curriculum guidelines.

For a limited time, we are waiving the cost of PRC 101, our three-week orientation course that is required for most undergraduate students and helps you explore career opportunities. It also makes you eligible to earn a Google Career Certificate, the Meta Social Media Marketing Professional Certificate and take additional courses through our partnership with Coursera at no cost. What You Can Expect

Learning Outcomes
Graduates of the B.S. in Human Services Leadership program will be able to:
- Examine present conditions in the field of human services and explain how different human services emerged and the various forces that influenced their development.
- Examine the scope of conditions that promote or inhibit human functioning and determine appropriate responses to human needs.
- Evaluate policies and create processes to effect social change through advocacy work at all levels of society including community development, community and grassroots organizing, and local and global activism.
- Obtain, synthesize, and clearly report information from various sources.
- Develop and assess programs for clients and client groups in promoting optimal functioning, growth, and goal attainment.
- Demonstrate interviewing and active listening skills with empathy and awareness of one’s own values, cultural bias, philosophies, personality.
- Demonstrate skills in the administrative aspects of the human services delivery system.
- Apply ethical standards outlined by the National Organization for Human Services/Council for Standards in Human Service Education.
