Meta Social Media Marketing Professional Certificate

Peirce College will award three credits for the Meta Social Media Marketing Professional Certificate to help students earn a professional industry-recognized credential that is valued by employers, prepare for a new social media marketing career and lower the cost of education.

Social Media Marketing Professional Certificate

3 credits: MKT 101

You can save $1,800 in tuition for these 3 credits. Students using a corporate tuition discount can save $1,440 in tuition. 

 

About this Certificate

The Meta Social Media Marketing Professional Certificate prepares learners for an entry-level role in social media marketing.  Learners will gain skills and competencies focused on creating and analyzing effective advertising campaigns, advertisements in Facebook Ads Manager, developing a creative brief that includes assets for paid advertisements, and establishing and managing a social media presence.  Embedded in the capstone is the opportunity to register for the Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate exam, which covers the foundational advertising concepts on Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger.

Individual Courses (a minimum passing score of 80% cumulative is required)

  • Introduction to Social Media Marketing 
  • Social Media Management 
  • Fundamentals of Social Media Advertising 
  • Advertising with Meta 
  • Measure and Optimize Social Media Marketing Campaigns 
  • Meta Social Media Marketing Capstone (the Meta Digital Marketing Associate Certification Exam is embedded in this course) 

Students who successfully complete the certificate and pass the certification exam will earn credit for MKT 101 Introduction to Marketing (3 credits), which can apply to most undergraduate degree programs at Peirce College. 

Why earn a Meta Social Media Marketing Professional Certificate?

Through a combination of courses and applied learning projects, you can apply your skills with hands-on projects and build a portfolio that showcases your job readiness to potential employers. 

Upon completion, you will have access to job boards where you can apply for jobs directly with Meta and over 130 U.S. employers who are interested in hiring people who have completed these certificates. 

Peirce students can earn this Meta Professional Certificate and certification at no cost and 3 credits to their undergraduate degree.

 

How Do I Get Started? 

FUTURE STUDENTS

Step 1: 
Apply to Peirce College.

Remember to send us your official transcripts from all colleges and universities you have attended, as well as any CLEP® or DSST/DANTES® scores, ACE transcripts and military training (via a Joint Service Transcript or other military transcript).

Step 2: 
Contact Admissions and register for your first class. 

Your admissions advisor will register you for your first class (or classes) depending on your goals and if you plan to use financial aid. Your admissions advisor can also help you register for the Meta Social Media Marketing Professional Certificate.
