This scholarship is intended for students who have transferred to Peirce after completing their associate degree at a partner community or two-year college, whose tuition is not covered by other financial means. This scholarship may not be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotional scholarships.

Award: annual award of up to $3000

Eligibility criteria:

• Complete a Community College Partners Scholarship Application
• Peirce College undergraduate student, enrolled in at least six credits in a term
• Graduated from a partner college with an associate degree and a cumulative GPA of 2.5, evidenced by an official transcript with a graduation date indicated
• Maintain a GPA of 2.5 or higher

Community College of Philadelphia (CCP) Scholarship

Peirce College awards this scholarship to our students who are Community College of Philadelphia (CCP) graduates. Peirce will offer each CCP graduate applying for admission to Peirce a Community College of Philadelphia Scholarship in the form of a 20% tuition discount. This scholarship may not be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotional scholarships.

Criteria:

• Complete a Community College of Philadelphia (CCP) Scholarship Application

• Earned a GPA of 2.0 or above.

• Maintain a Peirce GPA of 2.5.

• Applicants must provide an unofficial or official community college transcript. The transcript must show a graduation date.

• Individuals must meet all of Peirce College’s admission standards and qualifications before being eligible for this scholarship.

To receive this scholarship award, the applicant must meet all of the scholarship criteria. All documentation must be received before the session or term starts. Awards cannot be applied retroactively.

This scholarship is renewable for up to 4 years, if the recipient maintains a GPA of 2.5 or above. Continued eligibility is reviewed after each semester. If a student’s GPA drops below 2.5, he or she will no longer be eligible for the scholarship and cannot reapply. If the recipient leaves Peirce College for an entire calendar year, the scholarship will be rendered invalid.

Dual Admissions/CCP Articulation Scholarship and Book Voucher

Peirce shall offer each CCP student entering the Dual Admissions Program (DAP) a Book Voucher as follows:

1. CCP students who apply for Dual Admissions will receive a one-time DAP Book Voucher (up to $500) to be used for any and all books needed within the first semester of enrollment.
2. Individuals must meet all of Peirce College’s admission standards and qualifications before being eligible for this book voucher.

Criteria:

• The applicant will complete their Associate Degree with a GPA of 2.0 or above within 12 months
• The applicant selects to attend Peirce upon completion of their Associate Degree.
• The applicant enrolls in at least 2 terms in their first year at Peirce.

Voucher Requirements:

Awarding of this Book Voucher is contingent upon the applicant meeting all of the eligibility requirements:

• The applicant must have completed a Dual Admissions Intent form with their respective college before completing 45 credits.
• The applicant must provide supporting documentation to show degree completion.
• Individuals must meet all of the College’s admission standards and qualifications before being eligible for the book voucher.
• All documentation must be received prior to the start of the session or term.
  • Applicants may also be eligible for need-based and other financial aid types.
• No retroactive awards will be made.
• In the event there are unused book voucher funds at the end of the term they will not be refunded to the student.
