The Peirce College Paralegal Studies programs are approved by the American Bar Association (ABA). Peirce College offers the only ABA-approved Paralegal Bachelor's degree program in the Philadelphia Region. The ABA-approved status is highly recognized by legal employers.

The ABA, in strong collaboration with the legal community, has established a demanding set of guidelines all ABA-approved paralegal programs must meet to earn and maintain that ABA-approved status.
