For a limited time, Peirce is offering special, discounted tuition of $350 per credit for new students who enroll in an undergraduate certificate. This is more than 40% less than our regular undergraduate tuition. Total tuition for the HR Management is $6,650 (does not include fees or books).

*Students who place into developmental education courses and/or who have completed fewer than 15 credits are required to enroll in the Student Success Seminar, PRC 100.

To enroll in this certificate program, students must be eligible for placement in college-level English. In addition, students are encouraged to complete ENG 101 and ENG 103 to support their learning experience.

Students may transfer up to 9 previously earned credits.

LEARNING OUTCOMES

Graduates of the Certificate in Human Resource Management will be able to:

  1. Assess core human resource management policies, procedures, and processes.
  2. Evaluate statutory and legal requirements when administering human resource management policies and procedures.
  3. Demonstrate competency in core human resource and organizational behavior concepts.

Emergency Student Aid
