Expanding Access & Affordability for Working Adults with Study.com
Peirce College is thrilled to officially announce our new partnership with Study.com, an online education platform that serves millions of students, teachers and working professionals, to create more affordable degree completion pathways that expands access for adult students.
Through this partnership, students are now able to take affordable online courses with Study.com and transfer those credits directly to their Peirce program to assist them in finishing their degree in the most efficient way possible.
By partnering with Study.com, Peirce College will increase both access and affordability for adult students looking to finish their degree. Through the combination of Study.com courses and Peirce College courses, degree completion costs for students will be significantly decreased and education assistance programs offered by employers throughout the region will be maximized.
All of this means that students can save time and money when finishing their degree.
Study.com offers more than 150 courses that have been evaluated and recommended for college credit by the American Council on Education (ACE). These courses have been mapped to Peirce College undergraduate degree programs to allow students an easy pathway for degree completion.
To get started, new students should contact a Peirce College Enrollment Specialist who will assist in developing an individualized degree plan. After evaluating any previous credits earned, the Enrollment Specialist will map which courses to take through Study.com and which courses to take with Peirce College. The student is then able to begin their degree completion process with both Study.com and Peirce College knowing they are on the most affordable and efficient pathway to finishing their degree.
