Applying Is Easy!

Follow our simple process to apply to the Graduate Studies program at Peirce. We also have an application checklist tool that lets you track your progress and determine the next steps. Access the checklist tool in the top left corner of the site.

If you earned an undergraduate degree at a program located outside of the United States, you’ll need to contact the Office of Graduate Studies to learn about additional requirements.

Graduate Admissions Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with a GPA of 2.75 or above; if you have a GPA below 2.75, you are still encouraged to apply for provisional acceptance.
  • Submit the following documents to Peirce:
    • A completed application for admission with $50 application fee
    • Official transcripts from all accredited undergraduate and graduate institutions attended*
    • One letter of recommendation (only required if your GPA is below 2.75)
    • A current resume
    • A statement of intent

The statement should be written in a one – two-page essay format. Discuss your professional and personal goals and how completing a graduate degree at Peirce will prepare you to meet them. Also, tell us how your academic and professional backgrounds have prepared you for graduate study. Learn more about how your essay will be evaluated on the application form or by contacting the Graduate Studies Admissions Office.

*Provide one official transcript from all accredited undergraduate and graduate schools you’ve attended. You don’t need to submit undergraduate transcripts from Peirce.

Requirements Specific to Master of Science in Healthcare Administration

Applicants for admission to the Master of Science in Healthcare Administration (MSHCA) degree must present evidence of completion of an undergraduate or higher degree in a healthcare field (healthcare administration, nursing, medicine, etc.) or an undergraduate concentration/certificate/minor in a healthcare field or evidence of three years or more experience working in a healthcare field (as evidenced by completed recommendation forms and a resume).
