Since 1865, Peirce has been meeting the unique needs of working adult students through career-focused programs, flexible schedules and delivery models, and personalized student support. We are exceptionally proud of our legacy of serving diverse, non-traditional students from all backgrounds, and helping them earn the degree they need for the career they deserve.

At Peirce, we are committed to serving our students within and well beyond classroom walls. To this end, we partner with area employers to inform our curriculum and to provide workforce opportunities ranging from experiential learning to full-time jobs and career pathways.

As a former adult learner, I understand the challenge of balancing work, life, and earning a degree. It’s never easy, but it helps when you find an academic institution that understands your needs and is committed to supporting you to achieve your personal and professional goals. This steadfast focus on student success, and on meeting students where they are through our support systems and innovations, is what makes Peirce the optimal partner for adult learners.
