Being a student has many different benefits. Obviously there is the education, the potential for career advancement, and the sense of accomplishment among countless others. Museums
Philadelphia Museum of Art – Price with Student ID – $14 or you can get a Student Membership for $40.
Student membership includes unlimited admission to the museum, Art After 5 live music program every Friday night, the Rodin Museum and much more! Membership also includes special access to select exhibitions before they open to the public and member only tours.
Mutter Museum – Price with Student ID – $10
America’s finest museum of medical history. The Mutter Museum partners with the Penn Museum and offers dual admission tickets for $16
Penn Museum – Price with Student ID – $10
Use your student ID to visit one of world’s great archaeology and anthropology research museums! The Penn Museum partners with the Mutter Museum and offers dual admission tickets for $16
The Barnes Foundation – Price with Student ID – $10, or see the collection and exhibition for $15
The Barnes holds one of the finest collections of Post-Impressionist and early Modern paintings and the Barnes Arboretum, located at the Merion campus, has more than 2,000 species/varieties of trees and woody plants.
National Constitution Center – Price with Student ID – $13
The National Constitution Center is the first and only institution in America established by Congress to “disseminate information about the United States Constitution on a non-partisan basis in order to increase the awareness and understanding of the Constitution among the American people.”
Rosenbach Museum & Library – Price with Student ID – $5 or free on Tuesdays
In December of 2013 the Rosenbach Museum & Library merged with the he Free Library of Philadelphia Foundation, bringing together two of the world’s preeminent collections of rare books, manuscripts, Americana, and art anywhere in the world!
Performing Arts
Philadelphia Orchestra – Price with Student ID – Rush Tickets $8 at the door; Understudy tickets $10 online.
Renowned for its distinctive sound, desired for its keen ability to capture the hearts and imaginations of audiences, and admired for an unrivaled legacy of “firsts” in music-making, The Philadelphia Orchestra remains one of the preeminent orchestras in the world.
Rush tickets can be purchased 90 minutes before the start of the show at the Kimmel Center Box Office. Understudy tickets can be purchased online starting the Tuesday before the concert.
Kimmel Center – Price with Student ID – $10 with free membership to KimmelSTIX.

The Wilma Theater – Price with Student ID – $10
For the next three seasons, the Wilma WynTix programs offers students all tickets for all days and times throughout the full four-week mainstage run of Wilma productions at the discounted rate.
The Opera Company of Philadelphia – Price with Student ID – Rush Tickets $10 for select seating or 50% off any available seats.
Academy of Music performances – Rush tickets must be purchased two hours before show start time. Rush tickets include $10 for Amphitheater seating or 50% off any available seats.
Perelman Theater performances – Rush tickets must be purchased two hours before show start time. Rush tickets include $10 for 2ndBalcony Boxes or 50% off any available seats.
Philadelphia Theatre Company – Price with Student ID – Rush tickets $10
Rush tickets must be purchased 1 – 3 hours before curtain or all day Friday.
Miscellaneous
Bains Deli on Broad St. – Peirce students receive a 10% discount.
Historical Society of Philadelphia – Free admission to their library
Movie theaters – Ritz at the Bourse, Ritz East, and Ritz Five – Price with Student ID – $7.75 except Saturdays and holidays.
Phillies – Price with Student ID – $8 discount off tickets regularly priced $38 and under.

GM Cars – Save hundreds to thousands on a new vehicle with the GM College Discount.
