Go teal to support Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention Month

Throughout the month of April, the College is supporting the National Sexual Violence Resource Center’s

DO YOUR PART: Wear teal on April 1 to
help prevent sexual assault

initiative to shed light on the important issue of sexual assault. We are asking students, staff, and faculty to help us recognize April as Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention month by wearing the color teal on April 1 to show their support for survivors everywhere.

Women Organized Against Rape (WOAR) will be on campus on April 2nd to provide a workshop to students from 6 to 7 p.m. in room 69.  Attend this workshop to learn more about the effects of sexual violence in our community and how we can work together to prevent it.

For more information or to RSVP to the WOAR workshop, please contact The Walker Center at 215.670.9251 or at wcae@peirce.edu.
