Your application has been submitted, but before we can make a decision, you must submit your $50 application fee and the following required documents:

• If you’re a first-time college student or current college student with fewer than 15 transferable credits, please submit your high school diploma, or copy of you high school transcript or GED.
• If you’re a college transfer student with 15 or more credits, please submit official copies of your college transcripts.
• All documents should be sent by mail to:

Once we receive your application fee and all supporting documents, you should expect to receive an official decision within 24 hours by phone and then by email.
